The Tuesday Anxiety Circle is a warm, recurring space to understand your anxiety and build a toolkit that actually holds up in daily life. Hosted by the licensed team at Luma Therapy Collective, each circle blends gentle psychoeducation with guided practice and honest, judgment-free sharing among people who genuinely get it.
A typical evening opens with a short grounding exercise, moves into a focused theme — panic, overthinking, health anxiety or social worry — and closes with a simple practice to carry into your week. You never have to speak until you are ready; listening is completely welcome, especially at your first session.
Because the group meets every Tuesday, members build real momentum and a sense of belonging that a one-off workshop can never offer. New faces join all the time, so there is never a wrong week to start. You can read more about our approach and facilitators on our group page.
