Riding the Wave — Managing Panic

Luma Therapy Collective
Hosted by Luma Anxiety Circles★★★★★4.7 · 3 reviews

Details

A small, in-person circle for anyone living with panic or intense anxiety spikes. We start with a short, jargon-free explanation of what panic actually does in the body, then practise two grounding tools together and share experiences at whatever depth feels right.

Groups are capped at 12 so nobody gets lost in the crowd. Facilitated by our lead clinical psychologist — beginner friendly, drop-in welcome.

“I came in barely able to talk about my panic attacks. Six weeks later I have actual tools and a group that genuinely cares. The facilitators make everyone feel safe.”

“Warm, well-structured and never preachy. The mix of short theory and real conversation is exactly what I needed — and 12 people max really does make a difference.”

“Joined the online evening circle for racing thoughts. Left with a wind-down routine I actually use. Wish the sessions were a bit longer.”
