ADHD adults — peer support group

Rachel Green, Psy.D.
Hosted by ADHD adults peer support★★★★★4.7 · 3 reviews

Details

A judgment-free peer support group for adults navigating ADHD — the focus battles, the overwhelm, the time blindness, and the quiet toll it all takes on self-trust. Fidget, doodle, pace, or lie on the floor; whatever helps you show up is welcome here.

Every fortnight the group gathers around a shared theme — getting started, follow-through, rejection sensitivity, or the systems that actually work — and members swap what genuinely helps rather than the advice that never fits an ADHD brain. Rachel keeps things structured enough to be useful and loose enough to be human.

Whether you were diagnosed decades ago or are only now piecing it together, you will find people who understand without needing the long explanation. It is donation-based, so join for the support first and contribute what you can.
